Agromousquetaires’ Beef division, through its Tain l’Hermitage site in France, needed to become a pilot plant for Industry 4.0 while maintaining strong operational performance, safety, and managerial consistency. To support this transition, the company turned to UTrakk and its DMeS solution to help standardize management practices, strengthen leadership capabilities, and prepare the site for broader digital transformation.

UTrakk implemented training and coaching for managers, deployed UTrakk DMeS, and introduced structured monitoring tools such as checklists and performance reviews across production, quality, safety, and skills validation. The results included a 15% productivity increase, a 2% yield improvement, a rise in active supervision from 9% to 35%, an 18% to 80% improvement in management depth, a 9% boost in team mobilization, and an ROI of 1.9:1 in the first year, along with a significant decrease in health and safety incidents.
