PH Tech, a manufacturer specializing in high-performance PVC windows, patio doors, and parts, faced a capacity challenge amid strong demand and rapid growth. Although it invested in expanding warehouse space, management realized this would not be enough to improve order delivery capacity, so the Lévis plant needed to significantly increase productivity. PH Tech chose UTrakk DMeS from UTrakk to help address the issue.

With UTrakk, PH Tech centralized action plans, improved real-time communication and issue tracking, and strengthened active supervision through tools such as tablet note-taking, photo/video documentation, tour checklists, and coaching follow-up. The results included improved painting cycle time, higher production capacity, a 26.6% increase in productivity, 2% savings in indirect labor, and a better operator/machine ratio, dropping from 2.2 to 1.52.
