Case Study: LDC boosts productivity and service rates with UTrakk

LDC, a major family-owned European poultry and catering group, needed to shift its La Bazoge site from emergency-style management to a more industrial and managerial operating model as it grew. The site faced challenges around productivity, material loss, and service rate, while maintaining performance across 175 employees and high egg volumes.

To address this, UTrakk and Proaction International deployed UTrakk_DMes to support action management, structured team-leader tours, load/capacity balancing, and real-time performance management. The results included significant gains despite COVID-related volatility: +10% in production, +25% in washing, and +25% in logistics, along with better manager integration, improved communication, and stronger service rates.
