St-Méthode Bakery, a long-standing Quebec agri-food company, wanted to strengthen its management structure as it continued to grow while preserving its core values. To support more active supervision and better day-to-day execution, the bakery turned to UTrakk and its UTrakk_DMeS platform for digital management support, coaching, and active supervision tours.

UTrakk implemented digital note-taking with photos, action tracking, field tour checklists, and real-time supervision monitoring to improve coordination, accountability, and issue resolution. The results included a 19% productivity increase on bread line #2, a 22% reduction in H&S incidents, an 11% improvement in overall production quality, a 13% reduction in material losses, and a 7% reduction in stoppages and time loss, along with stronger team dynamics and cross-department collaboration.
