A Ustwo Case Study

Preview of the Peloton Case Study

Peloton engages nearly half a million members with Ustwo’s Lanebreak

Peloton, the world's leading interactive fitness platform, sought to offer its Bike and Bike+ Members more variety in their workouts. Their challenge was to create an engaging, non-instructor-led experience that would motivate members to consistently pursue their fitness goals. To address this, Peloton partnered with vendor ustwo to develop a new product.

ustwo implemented Lanebreak, an immersive game-inspired workout that uses the Peloton Bike as a controller. By applying their Play Thinking framework, ustwo designed a safe and rewarding experience that syncs player movement to music, appealing to both gamers and non-gamers. The results were highly positive, with nearly half a million members trying Lanebreak in its first month and many users reporting new personal records, helping them stick to their fitness goals in a fun new way.
