Pegasystems, a cloud software company in Cambridge, MA, needed a better way to reach its global, always-on sales force. Weekly live webcasts and fixed-time webinars were inconvenient across time zones and added communication clutter, and the team wanted a fast, scalable solution without lengthy internal development.
They partnered with uStudio to launch private podcasts—three internal shows with a twice-monthly cadence (including a “Win Stories” series)—and promoted the launch at their sales kickoff, exceeding sign-up targets and quickly surpassing 500 users. The new format improved sales enablement through storytelling, simplified production using internal talent, and set the program up to scale across the organization.
