EMC created EMC TV as its in-house video production and live-broadcast arm to help executives communicate across a very large global workforce. The original challenge was reaching employees and stakeholders worldwide with consistent, engaging messages — and then scaling that capability as demand grew and the company wanted to use video for broader external brand awareness and thought leadership.

EMC expanded EMC TV’s mandate from internal exec communications to high-end storytelling for customers and partners, scaling operations with vendors and distribution partners like uStudio. The program broadcast town halls and product launches globally, produced revenue-driving content such as the "Geek Pit" demos (which boosted store sales), and strengthened corporate culture — turning video into a strategically embraced, measurable marketing channel.
