WUR (Wageningen University & Research) needed a better way to manage GDPR compliance and privacy risks across a large, data-intensive organization where personal data is processed in many areas, from HR and student administration to research projects. To improve privacy awareness and get organization-wide visibility, WUR worked with USoft and its Solvinx privacy management solution.

USoft implemented a workflow-driven, low-code privacy management system with standardized DPIA questionnaires, automated triage from the project management system, and graphical dashboards for real-time oversight. The solution has been used to evaluate about 9,000 projects and applications, and it gave WUR clearer insight into privacy risks, more consistent processes, stronger privacy awareness, and better control over open tasks and mitigating measures.
