How Dealfront Improved Data Accuracy With Userpilot Surveys

Dealfront is a platform that provides reliable, compliant B2B data for sales and marketing teams, but keeping that data accurate in a dynamic market was a challenge. To help users flag incorrect company or contact information without pulling engineering resources away from product work, Dealfront turned to Userpilot’s feedback platform and in-app survey capabilities.

Using Userpilot’s feedback widget, Dealfront added a “Report data issue” icon to its dashboard that launched a short survey for reporting inaccuracies and sharing extra details. Alerts were sent to Slack for the product and data teams to review and correct issues, and in the last 180 days the survey was clicked by 163 users with 70 submissions. The result was improved data accuracy and significant time savings by avoiding the need to build a custom internal solution with engineering effort.
