Liv-ex, a midsize e-commerce and hospitality company, wanted to make better product decisions by understanding user behavior, improving onboarding, and gathering more relevant feedback. To do this, they turned to Userpilot’s product analytics, in-app engagement, in-app surveys, and session replay tools.
With Userpilot, Liv-ex used paths and funnels to identify unnecessary steps in their search-to-page journey, triggering a full UX redesign of their exchange feature. They also launched no-code onboarding flows, banners, and spotlights, and switched to behavior-triggered surveys, achieving over 70% survey completion rates and labeling 95% of events without engineering help.
