Liv-ex, a midsize e-commerce and hospitality company, wanted to make better product decisions by understanding user behavior, improving onboarding, and gathering more relevant feedback. With Userpilot, Liv-ex used paths and funnels to identify unnecessary steps in their search-to-page journey, triggering a full UX redesign of their exchange feature. They also launched no-code onboarding flows, banners, and spotlights, and switched to behavior-triggered surveys, achieving over 70% survey completion rates and labeling 95% of events without engineering help.
