Working with Usermind, they set out to create a more personalized digital experience for partner electricians across web, mobile, call center, and email channels.
Using Usermind’s journey analytics, journey orchestration, and experimentation capabilities, Schneider Electric mapped 12 personas and automated full life-cycle partner journeys from registration through loyalty. The results included a 27% lift in partner registration, a 130% lift in engaged users, and a 30% lift in partner retention, helping Schneider Electric become easier to do business with.
