Suffolk, a national building contractor with offices across the U.S., needed a more flexible and affordable way to support its Build Smart initiative and Smart Labs, where teams collaborate with clients to test new construction technologies. To meet this challenge, Suffolk turned to Userful Office Video Wall to power its meeting-room video walls.

Userful implemented a network-based video wall solution that let Suffolk control content remotely from a tablet, split the wall into multiple zones, and display high-quality content up to 8K using standard PC hardware and zero client devices. Suffolk replaced its existing video walls in Smart Labs across multiple cities, and the result was a stable system that “hasn’t crashed once yet,” while giving engineers and operators easier remote control and helping the company manage video walls more efficiently from a single location as it expands.
