Seocho Sebarun Hospital - Customer Case Study

Seocho Sebarun Hospital in Seoul, South Korea, needed a simpler, more affordable way to manage video walls and digital signage. The hospital had previously struggled with overly complex, costly systems that took hours to update and required significant IT maintenance, so it looked for a flexible solution that could support patient communication more effectively.

Userful implemented the Userful Network Video Wall, enabling Seocho Sebarun Hospital to run multiple video walls and standalone displays from a single PC through an easy browser-based control center. The hospital deployed three video walls and seven standalone signs, quickly putting patient education and hospital announcements on display. Userful reduced maintenance burden and training time from hours or days to just 20–30 minutes, while delivering a cost-effective, easy-to-manage system that staff and doctors were very pleased with.
