The customer, Q1 Design, was working with a national property developer in Australia to create a highly immersive sales office for a luxury apartment building. The challenge was to design a video wall with an ultra-high 10k resolution for a small space, requiring minimal bezels, flexible layouts, and intuitive control for sales staff, all while avoidingLED displays due to heat and resolution issues.

Userful provided the solution, integrating with Q1 Design's custom application to power a video wall of 24 LG screens. The platform delivered the necessary 10k resolution and ease of management. The result was a highly impactful sales tool that significantly boosted sales; according to Q1 Design, Userful's solution was capable of much higher resolutions than alternatives and was three to four times more cost-effective.
