The Premier Soccer League Awards, the televised annual awards event for South Africa’s top professional soccer leagues, needed a cost-effective way to create and test striking video wall designs before going live. Their Broadcast Unit wanted a more flexible solution than their previous setup, including the ability to pre-design layouts and rotate screens for a bold visual look on a tight budget. Userful’s video wall solution was chosen to meet these broadcast production requirements.

Userful implemented a centrally managed Network Video Wall using one PC and zero client devices to drive 12 displays across the stage, with support for creative multi-screen layouts and rotated screens. The solution integrated with TriCaster, enabled quick setup, and eliminated render time once configured. Userful helped reduce setup time from 1–2 days to about 1 hour, while delivering a cost-effective, high-performance screen design that the Broadcast Unit expects to use in future productions.
