National Naval Aviation Museum - Customer Case Study

The National Naval Aviation Museum in Florida needed a better way to manage donor recognition in its main entrance area. As part of a renovation, the museum wanted to replace traditional donor plaques with a digital format because physical space was limited and future updates and corrections needed to be easier and less costly. After trying several complex digital display options, the museum turned to Userful and its network video wall solution.

Userful implemented a six-screen donor recognition video wall made up of six 55-inch LED displays in portrait orientation, all powered by a single Intel Core i7 PC over Gigabit Ethernet. The result was a dynamic, eye-catching display that is easier to update, reconfigure, and maintain, with less hardware cost and significantly fewer man-hours than the museum’s previous setup. According to the museum, Userful delivered a reliable system that continued operating despite network and power disruptions.
