LightBound, a leading Midwest internet, voice, and data solutions provider, needed a flexible way to monitor its data center operations in the Network Operations Center while also supporting lobby digital signage and presentation use. To meet that need, LightBound turned to Userful’s control room video wall software and processor for a multi-zone, multi-source video wall solution.

Userful implemented an 8-display video wall in LightBound’s NOC, connected through zero-client devices, enabling the team to view network data, security cameras, and other content on a single system. The setup also doubles as a presentation screen for guests, customers, and staff, helping LightBound showcase its capabilities; the case study does not cite a numeric performance metric, but it highlights the solution’s scalability, flexibility, and strong visual impact.
