Kaizen Automotive Group, a major auto dealership group in Alberta, Canada, wanted a more dynamic way to present promotions and events in its showrooms. After finding basic TV displays underwhelming and other digital signage options too complex to scale and manage, Kaizen turned to Userful for a more visually engaging and centrally manageable video wall and digital signage solution.
Userful deployed a network video wall solution at Kaizen’s CMP GM dealership and later at Shaw GM, including a 1x8 banner wall, a 2x2 video wall, and additional displays across both locations. Running from a single server and supporting synchronized “mirror mode,” 4K+ content, and easy expansion, the solution helped Kaizen deliver consistent messaging across its websites, print, and in-store displays while creating a more modern, high-impact customer experience.
