How SPARETECH Onboarded 3,000 Users Across 10 Time Zones Without Burning Out Their CSM Team

SPARETECH, an enterprise MRO software company, needed to onboard 3,000 users across 10+ time zones when a global customer expanded adoption worldwide. Their previous approach—manual Zoom trainings and presentation decks—didn’t scale, offered little visibility into user understanding, and put serious strain on the CSM team. Userflow helped SPARETECH build 14+ self-guided onboarding flows, localized in 12–14 languages, so users could get contextual help directly inside the product without live calls. With Userflow’s no-code setup, localization, tracking, in-app surveys, and embedded help center, SPARETECH reduced CSM workload, avoided burnout, and improved global coverage.
