How PurelyHR powered up their onboarding with Userflow

PurelyHR, an HR SaaS based in New Brunswick, Canada, was struggling to convert free trials and properly onboard new customers—homemade checklists were hard to maintain and developers had higher-priority work, leading to high lead drop-off. After evaluating eight providers, PurelyHR chose Userflow to provide in-app onboarding guides, checklists and a no-code flow builder with advanced theming to match their product.

Using Userflow, PurelyHR implemented customizable tooltips, checklists and onboarding flows that look native and can be iterated without engineering involvement; this improved the initial user experience, greatly reduced lead drop-off and early churn, and added analytics and launcher capabilities—results PurelyHR credits to Userflow and plans to continue the partnership.
