How Kapital Bank Drove Conversions 7x Higher with Useberry

Kapital Bank, a retail bank in Azerbaijan, sought to optimize a new advertising banner within its Birbank mobile app to create a more effective sales channel. The challenge was to quickly determine which of two banner designs would attract more clicks from their diverse user base without the delays of in-person testing. They turned to the vendor, Useberry, to leverage its online usability testing platform for a data-driven approach.

Useberry provided the solution by enabling the bank to conduct large-scale, unmoderated First Click tests. Using Useberry's tools, including heatmaps and session recordings, the team gathered clear data showing one banner design significantly outperformed the other. This data-led strategy resulted in a confirmed 7x increase in conversion rates, with the winning banner achieving a 21% conversion rate compared to the other's 3%.
