Using Anvil, Spruce Health now sends customers a link to a guided workflow that collects all required information, requests only relevant details, and captures supporting documents. Once completed, customers are routed to DocuSign for signatures, signed copies are emailed automatically, and tasks are created in the team’s management system. The result was shorter onboarding times, fewer errors, and greater operational efficiency, allowing one onboarding manager to handle more clients with better service.
