Rehmann, a financial services and consulting firm with 22 branches across Michigan, Ohio and Florida, faced fragmented, subpar IT support from three different vendors for disaster recovery, backup and Infrastructure-as-a-Service, leaving its IT team to chase and remediate issues. US Signal delivered a white‑glove onboarding and now manages Rehmann’s data center lifecycle, hypervisor licensing and security while moving most applications to the cloud. The partnership freed internal resources, reduced three providers to one, improved responsiveness and infrastructure stability, increased scalability and security, and lowered costs—US Signal’s bundled services undercut Rehmann’s prior disaster recovery spend and issues are typically remediated by the next day.
