Flogistix, a leading Oklahoma City-based manufacturer serving the upstream and midstream oil and gas industry, needed a faster, lower-cost way to maintain its vapor recovery units deployed across remote North American locations. Working with UrsaLeo, the company looked to improve maintenance efficiency for equipment that already generated more than 60 IoT data points per minute through its own Flux IoT platform.

UrsaLeo created digital twins of Flogistix’s units and integrated them with the existing Flux IoT platform, adding visualizations such as fluid flow and volumetric heat maps to show gas densities across space. The solution is intended to support remote maintenance, reduce truck rolls, and lower maintenance expenses, with Flogistix expecting a 10–15% reduction in maintenance costs.
