Aldar Properties, a major UAE real estate developer and manager, needed a way to support five large master-planned projects while managing new property laws, reducing manual work, and giving owners and residents a better self-service experience. Their existing Oracle setup was not property-specific and was costly to customize, so they turned to Urbanise and its Strata Accounting Solution and portal capabilities.

Urbanise migrated five projects and 5,000 units onto its Strata Management platform, integrated it with Aldar’s Oracle CRM, and built a master umbrella website plus customized project sites under the new “Aldar Connect” portal. The solution enabled online bill payment, service requests, and improved customer engagement, and after the initial rollout Aldar expanded use of Urbanise to ten more projects and over 15,000 residential, retail, and commercial units.
