Al Nabooda Chulia Facilities Management Co. LLC, the IFM provider managing Al Nabooda Automobiles’ extensive showroom, service, workshop, and body shop portfolio in Dubai, needed a smarter way to improve maintenance, energy performance, and customer comfort across its high-profile facilities. To address these challenges, it worked with Urbanise and its IoT sensor platform to enable real-time monitoring of critical building systems.

Urbanise implemented wireless IoT sensors to track wastewater tank levels, showroom temperature, server room leaks and temperature, and lighting lux levels, with cloud alerts sent to maintenance teams via SMS and email. The solution helped prevent wastewater overflows, improved HVAC performance and showroom comfort, protected server rooms, and ensured brand-compliant lighting, while reducing inspections, maintenance costs, and customer complaints.
