Al Mouj Muscat, a large seafront community in Oman with 1,500+ residences, a marina, retail outlets, and a shopping center, needed a more efficient way to manage accounting, service charge and utility invoicing, and resident communication. To handle the complexity of its community operations, it used Urbanise’s strata management software and MyCommunity portal.
Urbanise helped Al Mouj Muscat streamline budgeting, generate over 8,000 service charge invoices and 12,000 utility invoices each year, and automate payment reconciliation through online payments. The MyCommunity portal also enabled residents to submit and track maintenance requests, access statements and documents, and receive community updates, improving efficiency, productivity, and resident satisfaction.
