HockeyShare, a Chicago-based SaaS provider used by more than 40,000 hockey coaches, needed to keep its website and cloud tools fast and reliable as coaches rely on the platform to manage drills and practice plans. To protect the user experience, HockeyShare turned to Uptrends web monitoring to quickly detect outages, performance issues, and problems with its new HTML5 mobile app.

Using Uptrends, HockeyShare caught an outage within 24 hours of signing up and fixed it before users were affected. Uptrends’ global checkpoints and Full Page Check also helped HockeyShare identify Canadian performance issues and reduce home page overhead by about 22%, shaving roughly half a second off peak load times.
