CoreLogic, a provider of information intelligence for real estate, mortgage finance, insurance, and the public sector, needed better visibility into the availability, performance, and function of its SaaS applications as it grew and acquired new products. It chose Uptrends to help monitor its web services and keep operations aligned across the team.

Uptrends implemented synthetic monitoring, web application monitoring, uptime monitoring, SSL certificate monitoring, and alerting through Slack and PagerDuty. The results included a reduction in outages to about 2.5 per month, a 62% drop in severity 1 and 2 incidents since 2013, and faster issue detection and resolution, giving CoreLogic greater confidence that services are working as expected.
