Guild Education partnered with Uptime.com to improve visibility into the uptime and performance of its multiple user portals. The company needed a customer-facing monitoring perspective with low adoption cost, round-the-clock testing, and timely, accurate alerts that reflected what users would actually experience.

Using Uptime.com transaction checks, Guild was able to monitor login flows, dashboard interactions, and UI elements externally, while sending alerts through VictorOps and Slack. Uptime.com detected 87 incidents and provided technical details that helped Guild’s DevOps team quickly identify issues, stop an overly aggressive production script, restore service, and improve overall performance.
