The program helped PriorityONE exceed its annual membership goal in four months, add over 200 new members, and achieve credit performance at or better than expected within eight months, prompting the credit union to reinvest runoff into unsecured loans; PriorityONE now plans to expand use of Upstart’s Recognized Customer Personalization to deepen member relationships.
