How Festival Foods Standardized Production and Recipes Across 40+ Stores

Festival Foods, a family-owned grocer with over 40 stores in Wisconsin, faced challenges in scaling its scratch-made fresh food operations. Their manual, Excel-based systems for production planning and recipe management could not accurately forecast demand or ensure consistency across its many locations. To support growth and simplify store execution, they partnered with Upshop to find a solution.

Upshop implemented its Fresh 360 solution, beginning with Production Planning and later adding Recipe Management. This created a unified system called "FreshOS" that digitized workflows and provided stores with data-driven production plans.
