Leading Eyewear Brand partnered with Upsellit to improve conversion on a high-consideration online shopping journey. Because buying glasses often involves style comparisons, longer decision times, and extra steps like prescription and insurance handling, the brand needed a way to reduce friction and keep shoppers moving toward purchase.

Upsellit implemented targeted behavioral campaigns including Exit Detect, Behavioral Parsing, Inventory Tracking, Cart Rebuilder, and lead capture tools to engage shoppers with personalized reminders, incentives, back-in-stock alerts, and cart-saving prompts. The results were strong: Upsellit recovered 15% of otherwise lost eyewear sales with small incentives, captured leads from 3.2% of users on out-of-stock pages, converted 23.45% of shoppers with Cart Rebuilder, and achieved a 56% conversion rate by highlighting discounted frames and expedited shipping.
