The customer, Xiaomi Dreame V9, needed a way to provide interactive product instructions for its vacuum cleaner without requiring users to download a dedicated app. Upreal Digital was engaged to create an accessible WebAR solution to demonstrate the product's features and life-like dimensions.

Upreal Digital developed a WebAR experience using RealityComposer and Google's Model Viewer, delivering it in 3D formats like GLB and USDZ. The solution allowed users to view the vacuum cleaner in their own space via a simple URL and interact with its instructions. As a result, Upreal Digital provided the client with an easily accessible and realistic product walkthrough that was ready to be shared directly from a web page.
