Rock Creek Curling, a new curling facility in Lafayette, CO set to open in Fall 2021, partnered with Upper Hand to address the challenge of managing client and member interactions — from facility booking and event registration to marketing, memberships and payments — while streamlining administrative operations. To do this, Rock Creek selected Upper Hand’s software and services for online registration and scheduling, payments, membership management and a customized website.

Upper Hand implemented an integrated platform, built a robust custom website, and provided hands-on onboarding, live demos and training resources to the Rock Creek team. As a result, Rock Creek Curling (customer since 2020) is prepared to offer a streamlined, premium experience to clients and members at opening, with faster admin workflows, consolidated payments and registration, and confident staff trained on Upper Hand’s tools.
