Field of Dreams Softball & Baseball Academy is an 8,000 sq. ft. indoor baseball and softball training facility in Lancaster, Ohio that had been managing bookings with a shared Outlook/iCloud calendar. As the academy grew, this antiquated process caused double bookings, lengthy manual scheduling chains, forgotten lessons and no automated reminders, so they sought a sports scheduling solution and partnered with Upper Hand.
