How Printhouse built a reliable online printing and shipping service for artists

Printhouse is a print-on-demand and drop-shipping service for artists (serving over 600 paying customers) that needed a reliable file-uploading infrastructure to accept very large, high-resolution artworks without any drop in DPI and with strong security. The outcome: uploads at ~0.005 milliseconds per 1MB, preserved image resolution for excellent print quality, files stated to be 100% safe, 90% of orders fully automated, and lower operational overhead—allowing Printhouse’s engineers to focus on product features while reducing costs.
