Jackson Electric Membership Corporation (Jackson EMC) is a not‑for‑profit, member‑owned cooperative in Northeast Georgia serving more than 245,000 customers. Uplight’s Marketplace streamlined rebate processing and commerce, producing measurable results: Jackson EMC achieved an average Net Promoter Score of 79, a customer satisfaction score of 71, and in 2021 exceeded smart thermostat rebate projections by 43%. Uplight‑enabled tactics such as abandoned‑cart emails (60% open rate and 36% conversion when sent one hour after abandonment) further boosted uptake, helping Jackson EMC deliver first‑class service and plan additional Marketplace expansion.
