The Sacramento Kings, an NBA franchise filling over 13,000 seats per game, wanted to turn intense in-arena engagement into ongoing fan relationships and more direct revenue opportunities. The mobile program let the team send targeted offers (for example a 15% off ticket auto-reply redeemed at the arena) and generated roughly $10–$12 in incremental sales per mobile contact, outperforming social channels and steadily growing attendance and revenue.
