Hamilton Health Sciences, a large regional hospital network focused on exemplary care and innovation, needed a better way to manage and measure IT investments and other initiatives. The solution centralized project information, enabled prioritization tied to hospital objectives, improved communication and resource visibility, and provided web-based tracking of timelines, finances and staff time; intake was standardized with a step-by-step “wizard,” giving managers and executives clear portfolio-level oversight and measurable controls.
