Attribution showed Facebook-acquired users had higher engagement and bookings, so Tripsta focused paid acquisition on Facebook; adding and prioritizing Facebook login (chosen by 70% of users) raised login conversions. Targeted push campaigns — including a one-day €10-off offer — doubled in-app searches and tripled bookings, ultimately tripling daily bookings.
