TaxiForSure is an Indian taxi-aggregating marketplace operating in seven major cities that launched a mobile app in 2013 to make booking easier. To drive mobile bookings it promoted the app with web ads, onsite coupons and discounts, but needed clear attribution and conversion metrics to measure the ROI of those efforts across web, mobile and offline channels.
By implementing Localytics Funnels and custom event tracking, TaxiForSure tracked users through the booking flow and monitored coupon usage to optimize the experience and marketing. After the promotion launch they measured a 27% increase in mobile booking conversion and a 162% month-over-month rise in coupon-code usage, and continue to use Localytics to track and improve their in‑app booking process.
