Unilever, the multinational manufacturing company behind Hellman’s Mayonnaise, was moving off SAP at its Rexdale, Canada facility and needed a better way to manage work orders, parts, and inventory. The team found SAP too cumbersome for technicians because it only offered a desktop experience, and it made it difficult to find parts, know what was in stock, and track what should have been ordered.
