UpKeep deployed its Sensors to monitor conditions across Neighborhood Storage’s 25 facilities; installation and the app reported no general issues and the customer is overall pleased. The solution has enabled proactive alerts and automatic work orders to reduce the risk of undetected incidents, and UpKeep is acting on feedback—adding adjustable reading frequency, a sensor connectivity indicator, better asset/location association, and deeper integration into the core UpKeep app—to reduce alert fatigue and improve maintenance efficiency.
