JAFCO Reduces Response Time From Eighty to Eight Hours With UpKeep

JAFCO (Jewish Adoption and Foster Care Options) operates multiple buildings across two campuses and provides childcare, adoption, foster care and life-skills services. When Michael Moran took over facilities, the maintenance process was chaotic — paper work orders, mixed communications, low technician morale and spreadsheets that only he could manage — producing slow response times and poor visibility.
