Stericycle, an international waste-management company specializing in regulated medical and pharmaceutical waste, faced inconsistent, paper-based maintenance practices and no standardized CMMS across its sites, causing workflow inefficiencies and limited visibility into maintenance activities. To replace paper logs and Excel trackers with a modern mobile-first system, technicians sought a cloud-based CMMS and chose UpKeep for its ease of use and quick onboarding.
