Glidewell Dental, one of the world’s largest custom restorative dental labs, was struggling with a legacy CMMS that lacked a mobile app, forcing technicians to handwrite tickets, perform repetitive data entry, and operate with poor visibility and slow response times. Seeking a cloud-based, mobile-friendly maintenance solution with better reporting and request capabilities, Glidewell selected UpKeep’s mobile-first CMMS.

UpKeep implemented a smooth onboarding of service requesters and technicians, adding automated workflows (including IoT-triggered assignments), tagging, reporting, and barcode/QR inventory tracking.
