FMLY Pinpoints the Root Cause of a Problem

FMLY, a facilities and property-management firm, was hired to bring order to a rapidly growing client whose maintenance program relied on paper logs and anecdote-driven decisions. To build a digital infrastructure and enable data-driven maintenance, FMLY selected UpKeep’s online maintenance management platform (CMMS) to centralize work orders, asset histories, and trend analysis.

Using UpKeep, FMLY identified root causes—discovering micro-leaks rather than failing boilers—which avoided about 50 boiler replacements and saved roughly £120,000, while reducing boiler incidents from ~35/month to about 3.
