Global Renewable Energy Company, a rapidly growing renewable energy provider operating across Europe, needed a maintenance system to scale tracking, reporting, and client billing for labor and spare parts. To replace a mostly manual spreadsheet-and-email process, the company selected UpKeep’s mobile-first maintenance solution to standardize and streamline operations across multiple sites.
UpKeep was rolled out to nine offices with fast onboarding (one site template replicated across others; new engineers trained in under two hours) and is now embedded in roughly 90% of the business. The platform automated reporting and timesheet allocation, populating about half of customer reports, eliminated spare-parts damage fees by enforcing contractual stock levels, and delivered measurable efficiency gains (the company estimates ~£150,000 saved if every engineer saves 10 minutes/year); the company grew fivefold in four months and expects to double again, while continuing to expand use of UpKeep’s APIs and new features.
