City of Deerfield Beach Keeps the Water Running Using Preventive Maintenance

The City of Deerfield Beach faced a critical maintenance challenge: a paper-based workflow with no preventive maintenance program, lost work-order histories, and the risk that a single failure could interrupt residents' water service. Facility and Automation Operations Administrator Hamid Nikvan searched for a digital solution and turned to UpKeep to implement a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and standardized preventive maintenance workflows.
